Reunion 2010 Up-date
Dear Family,
Warm Greetings to you all from Paradise-Samoa.
We had our Betham Family Luncheon this afternoon at one of our Betham Homesteads (Uncle Gus) at Alafua.
Thank you to uncle Dan, aunty Gwen and the boys for hosting us and of course to all those who attended to make it a Special Family Toonai.
What a memorable afternoon it was as we fellowshipped and dined with aunties and uncles and cousins galore.
The Reunion is a celebration of family for all the descendants of Montgomery Betham (Born 02 November 1833, England, Died 02 April 1901, buried Betham Family Cemetry, Vaimea Samoa) and Anna Betham (Catherine Anna Silveira Nobre de Graca- born 25 June 1853, Samoa, Died 26 November 1918, buried at Betham Family Cemetry, Vaimea Samoa).
Out of this union came the following 10 children:

1. Date for reunion: Wednesday 21 July 2010 to Sunday 25 July 2010, Samoa
2. Theme/Reunion Name: Monty Anna De Paradise
3. Registration deadline- 01 March 2010 - invitation and registration forms will be out soon.
4. Up-coming Event: Montgomery and Anna Betham - New Years Glitter Ball at St. Josephs Hall, Alafua/Saturday 02 January 2010 at 7pm-12 midnight/$1,000 for Table of 8 or $125 per person - email Nicola Betham-Schmidt at nicola@ipasifika.net for tickets and/or should you wish to help with preparations as the Fundraising Team are seeking help.
Each of the 5 families/clans here in Samoa will get 10 tables each to sell. Nicola and Lasi should have these ready by Tuesday 08 December 2009.
Please note that the Fundraising Team and Executive Team will meet on Thursday 10 December 2009 at Millenia Hotel(Fale Samoa) at 5pm. Please bring your Invitation List.
